We've been giving monthly performances through MINDActive since 2004, and every so often we are asked to play at a care home which is new to the scheme.
This was our first visit to Ashington Grange and we were pleased to have Karen, our regular MINDActive contact, in attendance. It was a pleasure to make the acquaintance of the residents and to play a total of ten songs in our two 30-minute spots.
Our mix of gentle guitar and vocal harmonies with some foot-tapping songs was well received and we look forward to visiting again.
