Guest night at Cramlington this evening with Bram Taylor and Roly Hindmarch and, along with Jimmy & Carol Powells, we were the support. Slightly different format to the usual as it was also a pie and peas supper night! Support acts were on in the first half, then we had pie and peas and the rest of the night was given over to the guest.
We went on first and our set was:
- One More Song (jiva)
- Some Way Home (jiva)
- Silent Night (our customary Christmas song)
- Galway To Graceland (Richard Thompson)
- Tell Me Why/Ring Around The Moon (arr. Melanie)
Wow! The audience were with us all the way, swelling the choruses from the outset and all the way through to the end. Silent Night was beautiful!
Everyone was in good spirits and it was a grand night.
